Your oral health is important to us and we are here to help you determine what path is the correct one for optimal oral health.What is Dental Bonding?Dental bonding is a cosmetic procedure that has not only aesthetically pleasing results, but it can prolong the life of your natural teeth as well. In our office, we will prepare your teeth and then apply a tooth colored composite material directly to the front of your tooth. We carefully sculpt it into shape and then once it has hardened, we polish it to a beautiful shine!This material can restore any chips or cracks you may have in your teeth, we can also use the material to fill in gaps that you may have in between your teeth. If your teeth are worn down and appear short, we can even build them back up using dental bonding. If you have sustained damage due to decay or fractures, or your tooth has become discolored due to injury or decay, dental bonding can restore the appearance of your tooth. It is a fairly simple procedure and can generally be done in a single office visit. Caring for your teeth after they have been bonded is important. Avoid bad habits such as nail biting and ice chewing as the bonded teeth can become chipped, cracked and even stained just like a natural tooth.
